Join us for Taylored Care’s very first Advocacy Meeting—an interactive virtual workshop designed to bring together families, direct support staff, and service coordinators in a shared commitment to person-centered care and advocacy.
This workshop will provide tools and strategies to help you:
✅ Navigate the Individual Program Plan (IPP) process
✅ Understand your role in person-centered planning
✅ Strengthen collaboration between natural supports and provider teams
✅ Promote self-determination and meaningful outcomes
✅ Partner more effectively with Regional Center service coordinators
