Who we are?
We are a nonprofit organization grounded in lived experience, dedicated advocacy, and cultural humility. Backed by the trusted expertise of Taylored Care Services LLC—a licensed provider of in-home support services for individuals with developmental disabilities—we bring compassionate advocacy and accessible education to families across California.

We stand up for the rights of individuals with developmental disabilities in school, in care, and in community life. From Regional Center services to the Lanterman Act to Individual Program Plans (IPPs), we help ensure consumers are supported, respected, and heard.
We offer culturally responsive education and coaching to parents, siblings, and caregivers. Whether you're learning how to navigate Regional Center services, preparing for an IEP, or advocating at an IPP meeting—we’ll walk beside you.
Need help understanding or applying for In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)? You're not alone. We provide one-on-one assistance, group workshops, and step-by-step guidance to help families apply for, maximize, and maintain their IHSS hours.
Through support groups, trainings, and advocacy circles, we connect families, advocates, and allies so no one has to navigate this journey alone.

From Experience to Advocacy
Taylored Care Advocacy Association was founded by Taylor Cheyenne Reynolds, a Southern California native and passionate advocate who saw a growing need while working hands-on in the field of disability services.

Determined to be part of the solution, Taylor created Taylored Care Services LLC to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Then, she founded Taylored Care Advocacy Association to take the mission even further—by equipping families and caregivers with the knowledge, tools, and advocacy they need to thrive.
This work is rooted in community, fueled by lived experience, and designed to make a real, lasting difference.

Through years of direct service and support work, Taylor witnessed a clear and persistent disparity in how families—especially those from underserved communities—accessed information, support, and fair treatment. She recognized that too many families were overwhelmed, unheard, or left behind by the systems meant to serve them.
