Taylor Cheyenne is the Founder and Board Chair of Taylored Care Advocacy Association. As the visionary behind the organization, she created TCAA to help individuals with developmental disabilities and their families better understand their rights, access meaningful services, and feel supported as they navigate complex systems of care. Taylor brings lived leadership, strong advocacy instincts, and hands-on experience in the Regional Center and in-home services space. Her role on the board is to lead the organization’s strategic direction, oversee program development, guide partnerships, and ensure TCAA remains mission-driven, community rooted, and growth-oriented.
